1. How can I pay for my services?
For the time being we accept Paypal, Alertpay, Liberty Reserve, Western Union and Bank Wire Transfer.
2. When do I have to pay for my web
design services?
We require at least 50% upfront to start and the
50% remaining upon completion of the project. Full payment is
also an option. Please remember that our services is a First Paid, First
Done basis.
3. How long does it take to finish
a web or graphics design project?
It depends on the complexity of the project. Small
projects like Traffic Exchange Websites normally is finished within 2 to 3 days under normal circumstances.
4. Do you provide content for websites?
No we dont provide contents for websites. You will have to provide the contents of the website or find a company that offers copy writing as their service.
5. Do you give discounts on your services?
We may give discounts for regular and repeat
order clients. A Discount is a priviledge, not a right. This
means that if a client received a discount once it does not mean that
he will receive discount all the time.
6. Do you charge for support?
It depends on the complexity of the clients technical issues. If the issue is easy to fix we may not charge for that support otherwise we charge a small amount.
7. Can I request to have the source files (.psd, .fla, etc.) of the project?
You may for an additional cost per source file.
